Le Du

Le Du is the flagship of chef Thitid "Ton" Tassanakajohn, and its name comes from a Sanskrit-derived word for season. The tasting menu changes with the seasons, reworking Thai dishes and produce with modern technique, under a ceiling hung with thousands of test tubes.

Le Du was named the best restaurant in Asia by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants in 2023 and holds one Michelin star in the 2026 guide. River prawns and dishes built on khao chae and khao khluk kapi have been highlights of recent menus.

What to order

  • Seasonal tasting menu: the main format, changing through the year
  • River prawn dishes, such as khao khluk kapi with river prawns
  • Khao chae: chilled jasmine rice with accompaniments, served in the hot season
