Sorn
Thailand's first three-Michelin-star restaurant, telling the story of the south through Andaman seafood and fierce curry pastes.
ร้านอาหาร Southern Thailand
Bangkok (TH)
Sorn serves the food of southern Thailand as a long, carefully paced tasting menu on Soi Sukhumvit 26. The self-taught chef-owner, Supaksorn "Ice" Jongsiri, builds the meal around produce from the south, from Tapi River prawns to Phuket lobster and Andaman squid.
It was the first restaurant in Thailand to earn three Michelin stars and holds all three in the 2026 guide. The cooking keeps the heat, sourness and pungency of southern food while refining technique and presentation.
