Corrections

If a recipe quantity looks wrong, a Thai name is misspelt or a place has moved, closed or changed its hours, please tell us. Include the address of the page (copy it from your browser) and what you think should change. If it is about a place, a date and a photo of the opening hours or the shop front helps a lot. Corrections are made on the page itself, so the next reader gets the right information.

Suggest a place

Know a stall, restaurant or market that deserves a page? Send its name, the city, the address or a map link, and the dish people go there for. Places are added when their details can be confirmed, so links to a menu, a Michelin Guide listing or a local review make it more likely to appear.

Recipe questions

Stuck on a step, or cannot find an ingredient where you live? Ask away. First check the ingredient guides for condiments, vegetables and herbs and fruits, which cover buying, storing and substituting most Thai ingredients, and the search, which looks through every recipe and guide.

Cooked one of the recipes and changed something that made it better? We would like to hear about that too: what you changed, why, and how it turned out. Tips from readers who cook these dishes often end up improving the recipe for everyone.
