Paste Bangkok

Paste was opened in 2013 by chef Bee Satongun and her Australian-born husband Jason Bailey, and now occupies the third floor of Gaysorn Village at Ratchaprasong. The kitchen draws on old Thai cookbooks and royal cuisine, using long-standing techniques and local ingredients.

Bee was named Asia's Best Female Chef in 2018 and Paste held a Michelin star for several years; it is listed as Michelin Selected in the 2026 guide. The dining room is dominated by a large spiralling silk cocoon sculpture.
